I have always been active my whole life.. yet always insecure about my body. Before I had kids (picture on the left) I thought I was doing everything right and felt pretty good about my body.

When I had kids, I thought I would just have to accept my body the way it was.... I tried everything that I thought worked pre-kids. Cardio, boot camp classes, eating "healthy", but nothing was working. I was about to admit defeat and succumb to what I thought was my new normal. Thanks to my husband, a couple coaches, and a community of support, it turned out that was the farthest thing from the truth.

Allison Hallie Smith

After teaching for 9 years while coaching group fitness on the side, I realized my passion was in helping other women feel strong and empowered.

Not only that, but through my own personal struggles with my body, mind, and energy after having kids, I realized just how many other moms were in my same shoes, but were struggling to find their way out.

Through support, experience, and research I was able to figure out the exact steps for not only getting in the best shape of my life, but becoming the best version of myself inside and out.

This led me to get certified in personal training and nutrition and create this program where we bring it all together in a personalized plan for each Mama.. because I don't believe in cookie cutter plans. Every mom is different. Lives a different lifestyle, has a different metabolism, and has different needs.

JUST LIKE WE DID FOR KIM

Kim came to me feeling at a loss for what to do. Life had taken over and before she knew it many years had passed since having kids and she realized she got away from prioritizing herself and wasn't happy in her skin. She needed realistic strategies and habits that would help her feel good not just in her body, but with her energy too. Between keeping up with her kids and running her family's business which required her to travel pretty frequently, she knew she needed support.

After implementing a few simple nutrition changes and three 30 minute workouts each week, Kim began to see and feel the results pretty quickly! Flash forward 1.5 years and that last picture is Kim today. Not every day looks perfect. She has had weeks where she thought she "fell off track" but in reality, she was still implementing some of the habits we put in place that allowed her to maintain what she had worked towards.

That's the point. I don't expect perfection. During our time together, you will get the tools you need to show up in real life - messy and imperfect.

FAQ #3 What if I struggle with self confidence?

We build self trust step by step. Whether you are nervous about workouts or sticking to a nutrition plan, you can expect to gain confidence in how you show up for yourself in all areas.

FAQ #5 Do you have people count calories/macros?

It is not a main focus. I believe this can be used as a tool. Some clients do track while others do not. Again, I don't believe this is a sustainable method long term for busy moms, so my goal is to get you off tracking by the time you complete the program if you track at all.

FAQ #2 Who is this for?

I have worked with both moms, grandmothers, and women who were not moms yet, but looking to get healthy before getting pregnant and love supporting each and every one of them!

FAQ #4 Will I have to restrict my diet?

No - this is about making educated decisions based on where you're at in your life and what your current lifestyle looks like so that the changes you make can be sustainable.

FAQ #6 Do you have a shorter program?

I do offer "21 Days to Realistically Consistent". It is a great starting point with tons of value and can have the power to set you on the right path. There is no direct access to myself or the community that comes with the 90 day transformation.
