I know how overwhelming it can feel to see so many fitness and nutrition professionals talking about what you should and shouldn't be doing.

It makes you second guess what you are doing.. or feel frozen to do anything at all.

For years, I struggled with energy, confidence, and consistency— constantly trying something different for a few days, not seeing results, and giving up before I really gave it a chance.

I finally learned that the simple, research backed, boring methods are what work every single time.. but if the mindset isn't where it needs to be to support them, you'll never be consistent long enough to see results.

This is exactly what led me to leave my full time job, become certified in personal training and nutrition, and create resources to help busy moms break through the cycle of mom guilt and start prioritizing themselves again.
